Upon arrival, we'll take a look at the computer or printer in question for a diagnosis of the problem. From there we'll determine the proper course of action of what needs to be done. Everything would be done at the location the computer/printer as at.
Rates are:
$50/hr (min. 1hr)
If however, we're unable to find or fix the problem, there is no charge.
